Sorry I Haven't Been In

Just wanted to stop in to say hello and to let you know I'm not feeling to good today. I have mostly rested in bed and feel a little bit better this evening.

I will be back tomorrow with some photos to show you of what I have been working on.

FRIDAY BLESSINGS

Happy Friday Everyone!

I just wanted to come in and say a quick hello.

I will be off the computer and sewing my behinder off today. I bought a new pattern last night that I am sooooo excited to get at. I just have to print it out this morning and start it...AFTER...I finish "Dunkin' The Punkin", a "Click Your Heels" Pattern I bought two years ago. Plus, I am working on and all those lil' pumpkins and witch hat ornies also. But who knows, I may make a quick detour and start the new pattern. ( I am guilty of doing that alot ) . I just get so darn excited over new patterns. My mind and fingers wandered over to Patternmart last night, and my goodness I fell in love with a bunch, but bought only one. Good girl, right? ;-) *Giggle*...trust me, I am going back soon!

So, what are your plans for the weekend? Me, helping hubby sort through more stuff for our September Garage Sale. And of course, primming. On Sunday, we are thinking of a Sunday ride in the country. Pretty much my favorite thing to do. I'd like to take some photos if I see some nice sights. I have been fiddling with photography a little bit over the past few months. We will see.

~*~Have a lovely and blessed weekend~*~

Sunday Blessings!

~*~Good Morning~*~

It is lightly raining here in Western New York, but it hasn't stopped the birds from singing. I have one right outside my window serenading me as I type. How pretty it sounds. :-)

I have a pretty busy day, Greg and I are going to my daughter's birthday party her father is finally having for her out at his cottage on the lake. I am excited to see it for the first time, and since we all are good friends now, it should be a pleasant time.

Tonight I am going to be working on some pumpkins and finishing up my crescent moons. Tomorrow its back to the cross stitching and finishing a needlepunch project. So, this week I should have lots of photos for you all to see and links to where you can view my auctions.

Have a very happy and blessed day.

Hugs,
Kimmie

HAPPY FRIDAY FRIENDS!

~*~GOOD MORNING~*~

Thank God Its Friday!

It has been a very long week, very hot and muggy here in my neck of the woods. I know many are suffering terribly from this intense heat. I pray you all are finding a way to keep cool. I have air conditioning but it is not central, so only the living room stays cool. We also have one in our bedroom, but can only have one or the other on or we blow a fuse. Go figure! ;-) Its okay though, I just put some ice cubes in a zippie bag and put it on my forehead, neck, arms, and especially on my ever so swollen feet and ankles. Just a little tip if you haven't thought of it. It easy and the cost is only a few pennies. How COOL is that! LOL! Get it, Cool? Tee Hee...I know, I know....someone use the hook on me!

I am going to be starting a "All Hallow's Eve" Stitchery this evening. It is a pattern by my friend Stacy Nash. :-)

I have to get out to JoAnn's to pick up a couple colors of floss that I need, and then I will take some photos of the beginning process and post them for you later this evening. I will add a few more photos during next week as I work on it, and then a finished photo when I am done.

Have a Wonderful Weekend!

~*~I Finally Did It!~*~

I am so excited! Today is a New Beginning for me. I have finally opened my Folk Art/Primitive Blog. :-)

I formally WELCOME you to Whispering*Prims

I have been creating Primitive Handmades for almost five years now. I started out working on my creations during every spare moment I had. Working a 45-60 hour a week work schedule made it hard to do all that I wanted to, but I think with all considered I offered quite a bit on ebay back then.

I offer a large variety of Folk Art/Primitive items. I have struggled during the past three years because of a sudden onset of illness. Thanks to Modern Medicine and a group of very good Specialists, I have been able to get my sewing machine back out and my needle and thread for those Special hand stitched items.

I am happy to say I will also be offering Tarts and Room Sprays very soon, and they will all be Handmade personally by me. I have such a wonderful variety of Fall scents that you will absolutely love!

I look forward to this new beginning and hope and pray that when you should stop by to visit with me here at my blog, you will leave with a smile and a happy heart.

My door is always open and you will always find a friend within.

Be Blessed,

Kimmie
