~*~Here He Is~*~
Hello dear friends...Meet Baby Peyton!
Born: November 13, 2009 @ 10:10am
Weight: 7 lbs. 12 ozs.
Length: 19 1/2"
Isn't he just precious. I am over the moon for my new grandson. I have no words to describe the love and joy I feel inside. He has touched a place in my heart that is beyond comprehension. Every time I look at him the tears well up in my eyes for I cannot believe this beautiful gift that God has given us. I give all thanks and praise to our Lord for our tiny little blessing...he really did good didn't he? :)
Gina did an amazing job with the c-section, all went well and the past 4 days have been filled with memories I will cherish forever. I knew the birth of Peyton would be an amazing event in our lives, but I never realized exactly how that was going to feel until I walked in to my daughter's recovery room. The sight of my Gina Marie holding my new grandson took my breath away. I literally could not breathe for a good 3 seconds. I just stood there paralyzed...she looked up at me and she looked like an angel. An angel holding a baby angel. It was surreal and I will never forget the way I felt right then and there as long as I live. It was just that precious.
I have spent the last 4 days at my daughter's side. I have sat quietly and watched as she and Andrew have learned how to take care of their new bundle of joy, and they have done a wonderful job. They are both naturals at it and I am so proud of them. I brought our newest little family home from the hospital yesterday. They are all settled in and I only got one panic call thus far. LOL. "Mom...Peyton is acting like he is starving...he wants to eat every 2 1/2 hours instead of every 3!" I chuckled and told her to go ahead and feed him, I am sure it will pass as he gets comfortable in his new surroundings. I do have to say, he is a hungry little fellow. :) He took to the bottle right away and he is a no nonsense eater. *Thank God* His mother took forever to drink an ounce of her bottle. Peyton would drink all three if you didn't stop him. Bless his little heart.
I am going to make up a slide show and post it soon. Today is the first day I am home and I have to say...I am so exhausted, but in a good way.

My Penelope Dolly
Hi Friends....Here is my second dolly, Penelope. I decided that I needed to make a prim white dolly to be my Prissy dolly's best friend.
Penelope is done in rich harvest colors using DMC cotton floss. I love how she came out. She will be available for purchase on the KSGP selling site.
I would like to thank Betty Dekat of "Primitive Bettys" for this wonderful punchneedle pattern. Check out her blog to find some amazing early style stitchery patterns.
Come back soon to see "Kit Kat", I am busy punching her now. She is a kitty cat dolly made from another of Betty's great patterns.
Blessings,
Kimmie

HAPPY SUMMER!!!
Hello My Dear Prim Friends!
I know it has been a very long time since I have been in to visit. As hard as I have tried to move forward with my life and my primming, I went in the complete opposite direction. I have so many unfinished projects just sitting in bins. I feel I have let many of my prim friends down not to mention my own self. To be perfectly honest, the last seven months have been a blur to me. For all who may read this, please except my sincere apologies for being a bad prim blog buddy and also I would like to extend an apology to all of my prim sister's from KSGP. I have not participated in so long and when I did try to connect in the new NING group, I got lost. My old email account was deleted when I moved, and I have lost my links. I have a new account at Yahoo...it is: kimmarie106@yahoo.com if anyone would like to contact me.
I have been down in South Carolina staying with my sister since the beginning of August. I will be going home on September 10th. I moved in with my SIL Peggy before I left and we will be sharing expenses which will make life much easier for the both of us financially. :) She has a lovely home, it is very comfy cozy and we will have each other for company this way.
My daughter is half way through her sixth month of pregnancy. She is doing very well and is very excited. We will be welcoming a little boy and they have picked the names Peyton and Noah. I do believe they are going to choose Peyton.
I hope you all are having a beautiful summer.
Take Care, I will be back to blogging when I get home.
Much Love,
Kimmie
